STUDENT AGREEMENT 

It is important that I work to the best of my ability.  Therefore, I shall strive to do the following: 

  • Attend school regularly 

  • Be on time for class 

  • Pay attention  

  • Have a good attitude 

  • Help to keep school safe 

  • Ask for help when I need it 

  • Respect and cooperate with students and adults

PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT 

I want my child to achieve.  Therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following: 

  • See that my child is punctual and attends school regularly 

  • Support the school in its efforts to maintain proper discipline 

  • Provide a quiet, well-lit place to study and encourage a daily time/routine for this 

  • Encourage child’s effort and be available for questions 

  • Stay aware of what my child is learning  

  • Provide a library card for my child and take trips to local library 

  • Read aloud with my child, discuss books, and let my child see me read

TEACHER AGREEMENT 

  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children 

  • Be available to help students with academic, social and emotional concerns 

  • Encourage students and parents by providing information about student progress 

  • Use special activities in Title 1 to make learning engaging and enjoyable 

  • Teach to multiple learning styles 

  • Provide additional assignments for students if requested and necessary supplies/tools 

  • Provide assistance to parents to help support their child maximize their learning potential

PRINCIPAL AGREEMENT 

I support this form of parent involvement; therefore, I shall strive to do the following: 

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for learning  

  • Provide a setting that allows for positive communication between the teacher, parent and student. 

  • Provide necessary help and support to teacher, student, and parent to ensure a successful school year
